Delphos AI - Terms of Use

Delphos AI is an AI-powered chat platform available in Free, Pro, and Premium tiers, allowing interactions with the following models:

• Delphos: Prompt-engineered LLMs.
• Delphos Characters: AI-based personality variants.
• Delphos Think: Prompt-engineered DeepThink LLMs.
• Delphos Power: Combined use of advanced models for deep interaction.

Features may evolve and rely on third-party APIs for delivery and enhancement of functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Our system uses Suparva SSO with optional Google Connect integration. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

If you are a minor, use of Delphos AI must be supervised and consented to by a parent or guardian as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process user data including name, email, age, IP address, chat content, device metadata, and, when enabled, location or Google Connect information.

Chat data and media uploads are encrypted and stored securely on third-party servers hosted by Hostinger. Google Connect data (e.g., Gmail, Calendar) is accessed live via API and never stored. You can learn more by reviewing our full Privacy Policy.

Delphos AI relies on secure third-party services to provide real-time functionality. While we use trusted vendors with strong protections, we cannot control their privacy or uptime guarantees.

By using Delphos AI, you acknowledge your data may be routed through these external systems and agree to their inherent risks and policies.

We comply with global data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You may also object to or withdraw consent for specific processing (e.g., Google Connect).

Delphos AI is offered “as is.” We do not warrant the platform’s security, availability, or accuracy, and disclaim all liability for any damage arising from interruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party failures.

By using our service, you accept the risk of potential data breaches, even with best-in-class protections such as SSL/TLS, encryption, and regular audits.

We may revise these Terms of Use periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suparva Innovations is based. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
